Peyton: the energy you brought to your presentation was great, made listening to your presentation fun! I thought the inclusion of the home page of the virtual paper was good for visualization of what it looked like; and the inclusion of a PDF version. Lastly, updating us on the timeline of each piece reflected the urgency of student journalism.
Colby: you did a good job breaking down the stories for us in context so we could understand something we hadn’t read ourselves. The slides were neat and clean themselves too, and I especially liked the GIF included in the beginning.
Jordyn: the number one thing I enjoyed was the lapse in time during the video, it displayed the real effort and time you put into this project. Secondly, you made a great use of screengrabs from the website so we could visualize the newspaper and topic you were referring to. Overall, this was a really enjoyable video to watch and it kept my interest!
Maddie: Similar to Peyton, you brought a great energy and humor to your presentation. I loved how you interacted with us as an audience candidly while still presenting your information. A highlight for me was the strategizing you got into when selecting stories, something I had not considered myself. Lastly, your breaking down of topics was great and made the overall presentation flow effortlessly.
