The first person I am interested in interviewing is Professor Matthew Anderson. He teaches English Literature at the university and was the founder of the HuMed program at UNE. He has a history of growing up in France and an extensive work with book editing/writing. He also has some experience within the laws and humanities background. I think he could bring a lot to the conversation about his own educational background (has a PhD from Yale) and how he developed the HuMed program.
The other professor I am interested in interviewing is Professor Samuel McReynolds. He is a sociology professor at the university and has been here for over 20 years. Also, has raised and conducted multiple global research studies at the University. He currently holds a chair position in the Sociology department and works with the Office of Citizenship and Civic Engagement. I believe he could give a fascinating conversation on his history at UNE and the research he has done. He is also currently working on another research project that could also be interesting to learn more about.
