I have very mixed feelings about how my personal interview went. I had prepared before hand by examining the job descriptions and drafting some questions, but when I was put in the moment I blanked. There were some nerves during my interview that I hope were not, but I believe were able to be seen. One other downfall I had was my answers were long, and to the point of a bit of rambling. Not only is it hard to follow but it looks unprofessional. The content within my answers was good but it simply could have been cut back. I think that if the interviewers were able to really understand what I was saying it would show strength. I believe I am a good candidate still despite some general faults. I think for the future I just need to talk over my answers to possible questions more.
